A pair of robins built a nest under my back deck. I’ve been keeping an eye on them but not bothering them too much.
This morning I crawled under there and snapped a pic. It looks to me like there are three of them but there could always be another one tucked under the rest. The babies didn’t seem to mind me looking at them, though they kept an eye on the camera.
The parents didn’t take my spying as well as the babies, they sat in a nearby tree and squawked at me the entire time. I took a quick shot of mom, but dad took off as soon as I got the camera turned on him.
I did get a pic of the male robin a little later. He has his mouth full of caterpillars. Yum.
